BlueVector AI, LLC (BlueVector AI or we) is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information that we collect from you as you use this website (the Site). By submitting information, you agree to BlueVector AI use of such information as described herein. Please see our Terms of Use for more information about our online policies.
The Site is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 should provide any information to or on the Site. We do not knowingly collect or use personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. The Information We Collect
BlueVector AI collects personal and non-personal information that you provide while interacting with the Site. For example, we collect your personal information on certain areas of the Site when you request information, join mailing lists, and apply for jobs. The personal information collected consists of information that you provide, such as names, mailing addresses, e-mail addresses, social security numbers, telephone and fax numbers, and, for recruiting purposes, any other personally-identifiable information (as that term may be defined by applicable law) on your resume.
The non-personal information that we may collect includes your browser type, the URL of the previous website you visited, your ISP, operating system, your Internet protocol (IP) Address, and how you interact with the Site.
You retain ownership of all of your individual personal and non-personal information. You grant BlueVector AI a limited, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable license to access and use your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy or as may otherwise be reasonably necessary in providing any of BlueVector AI products or services to you.
How We Collect Your Information
You may provide BlueVector AI Personal Information when you send BlueVector AI a message through the CONTACT US form. We may use or share the personal information you provide through these contact options to communicate with you or perform some action you have requested. We may also internally use or combine personal information about you with other information to maintain and improve our services, and for marketing such as announcements, newsletters and other forms of marketing. In some cases, you may provide non-personal information on the Site. Most websites use cookies. BlueVector AI may use cookies to track your use of the Site, provide you with a more personalized user experience, and to facilitate your logging in to certain portions of the Site as applicable. A web beacon is an often-transparent graphic image, usually no larger than a 1 x 1 pixel that is placed on a web page or in an e-mail that is used to monitor the behavior of the user visiting the Site or receiving the e-mail.

Use Of Your Information
BlueVector AI uses your personal information primarily for its own business purposes, such as providing, maintaining, evaluating, and improving the Site, its content, and the products and services we provide. We also use your personal information to fulfill your requests for information, to evaluate any job applications or other employment-related inquiries that you may submit, or for such other business purposes as you may initiate or request. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while BlueVector AI strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, BlueVector AI does not guarantee absolute security. BlueVector AI is not responsible for the unauthorized acts of others and BlueVector AI assumes no liability for any disclosure of information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access (such as through hacking) or other acts of third parties, or acts or omissions beyond BlueVector AI’s reasonable control.

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or deletion once within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:
Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. However, we do consider requests made through a password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to personal information associated with that specific account. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestors identity or authority to make the request.
Response Timing and Format. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer requests receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request. You do not need to create an account with us to exercise your opt-out rights. We will only use personal information provided in an opt-out request to review and comply with the request.
Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:
Deny you goods or services.Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
However, we may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any CCPA-permitted financial incentive we offer will reasonably relate to your personal informations value and contain written terms that describe the programs material aspects. Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt in consent, which you may revoke at any time.
Other California Privacy Rights. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an email to info@bluevector.ai and please include the phrase California Privacy Request in the subject line, the domain name of the Site you are inquiring about, along with your name, address and email address. We will respond to you within 30 days of receiving such a request.
Data Protection for Users in Europe
For purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), BlueVector AI the controller of your personal data. The GDPR defines personal data as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Processing Your Data. If you provide BlueVector AI personal data to determine the suitability of services referenced on the Site then we will lawfully process your personal data to perform a contract with you or take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. We internally process your personal data for our legitimate business interests, like improving BlueVector AIs services, in a manner that does not outweigh your fundamental rights and freedoms. If you provide your personal data to receive a subscription email, then we will process your information to provide you with the requested subscription. If you would like to withdraw your consent to receiving a subscription email, then you may complete the unsubscribe process within the subscription email. In some cases, we will use your personal data for direct marketing, in which case you have the right to object to direct marketing.
Cookies and Web Beacons. BlueVector AI has legitimate business interests in providing Site functionality, understanding how visitors and customers use the Site, marketing emails, and subscription emails, and improving our services. We use cookies and web beacons to provide functionality and to personalize the Site, marketing emails, and subscription emails. We also use cookies and web beacons to capture information about internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, and access times to learn more about Site, marketing email, and subscription email traffic patterns and to perform maintenance. Categories of Recipients of Your Personal Data. We employ third-party service providers to administer and provide services on our behalf (including, but not limited to, a cloud service provider) who may need your personal data to provide services for BlueVector AI. These third-party service providers are restricted from using your personal data for any purpose other than to provide the services requested by BlueVector AI.
Data Subject Rights. The GDPR provides certain rights for individuals. You may request information about: the purpose of processing; the categories of personal data concerned; third parties that may have received your personal data from BlueVector AI; the source of your personal data (if you did not provide it directly to BlueVector AI ); and how long your personal data will be stored. You have a right to correct your personal data record maintained by BlueVector AI if it is inaccurate. Subject to certain exceptions, you may request that BlueVector AI erase your personal data or cease processing your personal data. You have the right to receive, or transmit to another controller, personal data concerning you that you have submitted to BlueVector AI. BlueVector AI will provide reasonable access to your personal data at no cost upon request and if access cannot be provided within a reasonable time frame, BlueVector AI will provide you with a date when the information will be provided. If for some reason access is denied, BlueVector AI  will provide an explanation as to why access has been denied. In many countries, you have a right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate data protection authority if you have concerns about how BlueVector AI processes your personal data. Transferring Personal Data from the EU to the United States. The information we collect from you is processed in the United States. The United States has not sought, nor received, a finding of adequacy from the European Union under Article 45 of the GDPR. We rely on derogations for specific situations as set forth in Article 49 of the GDPR. In particular, we collect and transfer to the U.S. personal data only: with your consent; to perform a contract with you; or to fulfill a compelling legitimate interest of BlueVector AI when your rights and freedoms are not overriding.
